if you type chrome://flags in the search bar and then search “gemini” and/or “glic” and disable everything you can remove the “ask gemini” button in the upper right-hand corner and most of the other things that google uses ai for

I switched to Ecosia. You can actually toggle AI off, and they supposedly plant a tree for every search!
