Some old lady at my airport just had heart attack. Took emergency services 1 hour to arrive. Bless her all she wanted to do was visit her family abroad [Teary eyed]

Family sent out to car park of Larnaca airport and left in the dark with no support or info ! All BA telephone lines switched off no BA rep anywhere . They literally where told to retrieve there luggage and where then told to leave the airport ! Absolutely disgusting by BA - what are they supposed to do - who do they contact ???

Is this the only guy in the entire United Kingdom that the media can call on when air travel has problems? Don't get me wrong, he does a great job and is a nice bloke. But it's always just him from Radio to TV who gets called on.
