Ive been seeing that people connected a reddit account to him (based on the name, and prior posts aligning with things he has confirmed) And day of, at like 230pm, it posts about a "shark divorce attorney". Should it be valid, I wholeheartedly believe that piece of information adds to the timeline significantly. Whether it be his catholic religion coming into play and nefarious decisions or it comes into play with Lindsay's mental health status in that time with added divorce/affair details. Either way, its another layer of reasonable doubt.

Listening if red did go for a third party defense he wouldn’t have been able to get the alternate perp to testify he would’ve probably been able to get Lindsay off and they would never look into pat due to the terrible investigation. So by pleading insanity he gets pat to incriminate himself and get justice for the kids by using his own testimony against him. It’s brilliant.

And another little thing I find interesting is that Lindsay Clancy Iphone used facial recognition up until 4pm! Every time after her iphone was used it was used via PASSCODE not facial recognition!!
