ironically my safe food for like almost a year was Wingstop (wings and fries—nothing with wheat) but I lost that because stomach said fuck u so my DoorDash membership is sitting pretty rn 🥲 (I still order my fries sometimes)

I actually can't eat some of that stuff on door dash menu either I can eat some of it but I still have to be careful I don't have Crohn's but I have IBS like symptoms I was going through it yesterday I took a risk and ate something I shouldn't have and ended up with the usual painful cramps etc had to stay in the bathroom for almost an hour immediately passed out sleep afterwards completely zapped all my energy also have reoccurring kidney stones so I manage those with a specific kind of supplement I can feel when it's about to flare.
