the juror lied under oath. the judge asked every juror if they could follow the rule and law that they were given....he refused to do so. so he lied under oath and broke the law. he should serve time.

I was a juror in a grape case, we all came to the conclusion that the man (a teacher) was guilty except for one of the man! he said and I quote "i can't say guilty and send a nice looking man with a family to jail" it was a mistrial. that case still hunts me to this day. 🤬

If a juror decides he will not debate, analyze evidence, talk to the other jurors and straight up come into de trial with his mind setup that has a name... it's called a refusal to deliberate and it violates the law lol everybody is entitled to their own opinion sure but the JURORS must keep an open mind, it's their only job.
