I would argue no, because Mystiques power is her rewriting her genetic code to match who she is turning into. Why each of her kids come from her, but their genetics can match someone else's. So when she turns into a black guy, she is literally becoming a black guy

Simple answer if we don't dwell on it too long it's no. The complicated answer is yes. Black face has two big points of contention on why it's bad. A. History the way and why it was used makes it a pretty big issue. This obviously has little to do with with Mystique. But Point B. the ability to opt in and out of being a racial minority is where it's potentially problematic. Ex: Ariana grande changing her whole style to appeal to an audience and reap those rewards and none of the consequences. Or changing to a "safe" presentation once threatened or she feels like she's milked a audience/culture dry. Mystique to my knowledge, would be considered "white" in America but then we get into the very messy racial minority vs mutant oppression Olympics that defeats the purpose of mutants existing in comics. (A black Mystique side story would be interesting AF to read though)
