Just grab the socket with your hand and turn the ratchet. There will be force on the direction it is set to.

Put up your thumb on your right hand. Whichever way you want the bolt to go point your thumb that way (any orientation) and your fingers will wrap around the way you need to turn

I use a half inch m12Milwaukee stubby to takeoff those nuts for my grinder you can have it swapped with a new tooth in less than 30 seconds
