I would love to hear a statement from him, the way it's going down in my head, sounds like he had reasonable doubt, on both insanity and sanity. they are not mutually exclusive. in some states they account for that and have a "medium" I can't remember what it's called. I definitely feel that in either direction the truth lies, she should never walk free, no chance at parole. minimum 3 back to back life sentences either in mental facility or maximum security prison. mental health is way more than complicated than insanity means go free and here is your meds.
