I do understand the sentiment believe me I do, but here is the fact. The guy admitted to having reasonable doubt and still chose not to vote, not criminally responsible. That is actually against the law. He has to apply the law to his verdict per the judges instructions, and since he admitted that there was reasonable doubt, he broke the law and did not apply it the way he should have or the way he was supposed to rather

I was also thinking too if they would have removed that 12th juror and brought in a new juror who knows what would’ve happened next. The new juror may have started swaying everybody.
