I would also like to recommend the Parasite museum in Meguro ward. It is free, but they accept donations. I have never seen so many gross parasites, including a tapeworm that insanely long. 10/10 would recommend if you like strange stuff. It is small, but packed with interesting specimens.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory is something we've done on all 3 trips 🥰 Our favorite. We've gotten to see Fuji every time, and we enjoy the free light show at night as well.
