Having a L4&5 laminectomy Oct 9. Had an L4 injection 6. 1/2 weeks ago. And a L5 10 days ago. Last day of our cruise the L/4 shot was done and it did give me 3 extra days. But shit was on trying to get off that boat this morning. 12 hours longer was all I needed. But thankful for the 7 perfect days of the cruise.

I can’t walk or stand very far. I get immense pressure in my lower back, it doesn’t feel like nerve pain so what is it. The pressure is so bad and hurts like I’m a trash compactor so I have to hurry to sit down

yesterday my phsio said to me your leg is weak because you don't use it much like how am I not using it i still walk on both legs and move despite leg being numb and weak

so my deal is i cant walk more than 50 yards outside without legs going numb and pain . but i can walk 45min on tredmil with no issues. i cant figure out why. please help

I had stenosis on l3,l4,l5 on the left and right.. then 2 weeks later a disc out and blocked on left again. haven't been able to recover since.

I never had any symptoms or problems with my back . I had an injury 2024 with PT it was getting better . Now 1 year later I pulled something heavy , I have modic 1 , swelling in the bone marrow in my lower left back . Did this heavy pulling woke everything up ?

no wonder I walk on a Angle. spinal fusion in 19. then Jan 2021 COVID comma. I walked fine to the ambulance. Woke up couldn't move a thing. 5 yrs later still can't stand too long. No Dr wants to address it. the blame game . they fucked me up good
