Yes i’ve been there.. not just 8hrs, but 15-16hrs double job .. imagine the anxiety, pain , panic attack, heart break at tinatakpan ko lang ng mga ngitin at kunwaring tawa sa harap ng ibang tao.. its not easy, it kills you inside every day..

nakipaghiwalay siya dahil napagod sakin,humingi ng space para sa peace of mind, pero may bago na pala. Yung nginig ko nong after that, hindi ko maexplain. hanggang ngayon, nanginginig ako. Back up ako ng commissary ngayon kaya grabe ang pagod physical, sabayan mo pa ng mura ng boss mo, + heartbreak. Kapag nararamdaman kong magbrebreak down na ako, nag eexcuse lang ako para lumabas kasi iba yung nginig at bigat sa dibdib.

Grabeee those days, call center ako tas iyak ako ng iyak sa station ko the whole shift tas tinanong ako ng kawork ko ano daw nangyare sakin wala umiyak nalang ako, wala akong pake kung may makakita sakin. Basta sobrang sakit non that time

10 hours nga ako,tapos 9 years kami ayun biglang kinasal ng walang pasabi ok pa kmi tapos suddenly upload photo 😂.3 months kong ininda with the help of people around me at auto block sya nakamove on nmn na and i can say medyo ok na ko ng wala sya
