It's not just black businesses. State Farm Arena and the Benz spike up parking prices depending on what the event is. State Farm's VIP parking right next to the Arena is $100+ on a regular. I've seen $150 MANY times.

Frank, I've been in Atlanta back in the day when we started the boom in Atlanta in the early 90s. Atlanta wasn't expensive. The Black entertainment sense wasn't expensive until we start letting these melanated immigrants. Africans and Caribbean come in throwing their parties raising the prices to everything and now you have what you're looking at and calling it crazy. They are up charge on Black people and black events. Remember all skin folk kin folk, remember all skin folk ain't a part of the black culture in ATL. I know you won't believe me because you are under the FLATBLACKNESS spell.

I 100% agree with you on this. Parking downtown Atlanta is crazy. Thats why I stop patronizing a lot of businesses downtown. How is the parking free 0r way less before 5 but after 5 pm it’s a million dollars???? And it’s the exact same parking lot……..

This is why I stay home! It costs too much to go out now. At least you can split the costs if you can carpool , but in atlanta everyone is so spread out.

I’m of a certain age, I’m not paying to park for a party. Now for a concert yes. But a concert parking is never been 100 to park, that’s ridiculous
