and that is why I grow a lot of the herbs that I use in my practice, rue, lemongrass wormwood Rosemary marigold mint lavender basil lemon and mugwort, so much more I like using chicory root to open roads and remove obstacles that's one of my favorites I have a road opening oil that I made in the main ingredient is chicory root it's phenomenal to open roads and remove obstacles
