Canada has 140mg in a can of Alani! There can only be a max of 180mg of caffeine in any single serve energy drink in Canada. It’s still a lot of caffeine 😬

hi!! coming from a gal that is sensitive to caffeine and works at Target hq, I would recommend both Benny and LOOP drinks. Lower levels of caffeine and a “better for you” energy drink. They also have great stories behind the brands and I think could be the next big thing!!
