The chemo and radiation takes so much out of your body it takes a lot of time to recover. Ask his doctor to check his B12 level because that may be low. I’m almost 8 years out of treatments and I still have bad days a lot

He will make it through just keep being there for him I’m going through the same thing and the same cancer as your husband it’s so hard but they will survive it takes about a year to start feeling normal. Prayers for you and your husband.

My husband finished chemo and radiation 2 weeks ago and he has a feeding tube still… He had a huge tumor at the base of his tongue… The tumor is gone but I swear the recovery is worse then the treatment… He coughs and has alot of phlegm and saliva that he has to constantly spit out… When he try’s to eat he practically gags because it tastes so bad to him 😞 Everyone says it takes a long time to recover ANND I HATE what he’s going through 😭
