I think she had a lot of help (more than most), I mean if people are stuck on the opening statement, She didn’t take her medication like it was prescribed,different doctors, signs herself out of the hospital! She had her parents help, a nanny and her husband moved his office in their basement! The 2 older children went to preschool 3x a week! I’ve listened to a lot our TikTok investigations and some of comments are insane to me! I do believe that Lindsay had a mental illness before she had those children! But she called her husband back in the middle of a horrific situation! She does need and should be in prison right now!

“There doesn’t need to be a diagnosis”😳 ok…? And the juror who did the phone interview said in the beginning a lot more said she was 100% guilty, but there was loud personalities in the deliberations.. it’s these 3 woman.. they are the loud personalities. Proof because here is there interview 4 days after a mistrial is declared!

What I am watching these women are totally out of logic I have no idea how these People who know nothing about her symptoms and have rationality can decide your fate she manipulated every one she ok wasn’t not quite well but did not follow to recover herself still means was aware about the medication risk

I think the biggest fail for the prosecution’s case was attempting to vilify Lindsay right out of the gate beginning with their opening statements and then not having one single witnesses testify to back up those claims. And I’m specifically referring to them saying she was manipulative, deceitful, and just didn’t want to be a mom anymore, ect…every one of their witnesses actually proved the total opposite! And then also minimizing her sui*ide attempt, but then their witnesses again proved the exact opposite. Also considering that both sides of the family didn’t seem to support the prosecution’s case either was very telling. I think they started to realize that they weren’t getting through to the jurors and seemed to flip the switch in their closing arguments, but their attempt at compassion just seemed performative by then, it was way too late. If I were a juror, I would have a lot of difficulty even trusting the credibility of the prosecutors at all. In my opinion, the prosecution just created so much reasonable doubt in their own case I don’t think they could have picked a worse strategy for this case—I think they just expected everyone to hate Lindsay and that backfired on them big time.

These juror interviews are extraordinary. They are admitting openly that they disregarded the law entirely for the sake of letting Clancy off the hook. There’s no other way to read it. One juror says she originally wanted to vote guilty but changed her mind so that “Lindsay could get the help she needs.” That is a clear violation of the law. They were supposed to make a determination solely about guilt or innocence. They were not there to make sure anyone “gets help.” Another juror says she voted not guilty because the prosecution never produced “character witnesses” proving Clancy was a “bad mother.” The problem is that A) killing your children IS definitive evidence that you’re a bad mother, and B) the prosecution would not have been allowed to call those kinds of witnesses. A witness solely testifying that Clancy was a bad mother would have been purely prejudicial. So this juror acquitted because the prosecution failed to provide evidence that they weren’t allowed to provide and which would have been irrelevant anyway. Extraordinary. This same juror even admitted that it was a “fact” that Clancy “viciously killed her children.” The word vicious literally means “done maliciously and with intent.” So if that’s a fact then they were obligated to vote guilty. But they didn’t. Meanwhile another juror swooned over the defense attorney’s “entertaining” demeanor. And another one said that all of the facts of the case — “everything,” her words — “proved” that Clancy “loved her children.” Apparently strangling your children to death, in this juror’s mind, does not at all call your love for them into question. Just a collection of the most morally obtuse idiots ever assembled. Amazing.🙏🙏

Look up the Tiffany Woods case. Lindsay Clancy is the epitome of white privilege. Rich, access to Healthcare, affluent community, grandparents who helped, daycare, nanny. husband who wfh and who helped with the kids, access to a private atty, . Lindsay had all the resources ... and still Intentionally and violently murdered three innocent babies. Have you checked in on Tiffany woods lately?
