i would do the opposite whenever there was some kind of reflection checking wethere i was skinny enough it's literally hell😭

Even though I'm thin now, I avoid my reflection as much as possible. Every flaw I notice makes me want to perfect what's "wrong" and leads me straight towards old ed behaviors. I'm so insecure in my smaller body. At least when I was fat I felt like no one expected anything but a fat slob in baggy clothes. Now I feel like people can see it on me if I eat a few calories over what I planned. Like they can see the extra tablespoon of almond butter I had with my celery attached to my hips. 🤦♀️
