@therightwinguncut: 🚨 WATCH: Hidden camera belonging to the owner of a Florida doggy day care was found in the bathroom Donald Hemphill, 59, owner of Dog Dayz Inn, was arrested after an employee spotted the hidden camera and contacted the Volusia Sheriff's Office. Hemphill admitted to installing a hidden camera in a bathroom electrical outlet. The VSO Child Exploitation Unit searched Hemphill's phone and found multiple videos of women and children in vulnerable positions. Hemphill was charged with 10 counts of digital voyeurism and 11 counts of video voyeurism of a child.
