Hey Mama Thelma 👋 here in philippines we cook the heart shape tip in banana ( banana blossom / flower) its yummy! You just need to peel until the middle the edible part , you cut them then boil them for 25 minutes or just for it to be soft then you chop it in very tiny pieces then you squeez it till the juices come out after that the finished one you can now mix it with egg,flour and seasonings then if it fits your taste you can fried it ! Its like your frying a burger patty but healthier version! Its very very yummy mama I promise! hehe i hope you can try it 💗 im your silent viewer💗
