@loiis.layne: I never like making videos about sleep paralysis because of how much it scares me, but I can’t NOT share this story. #paranormaltiktok #haunted #ghost #scarystory #scary
This is like actually a geniuine question as a person who’s never had a sleep paralysis. If you get it and start to see things why don’t you just immediately close your eyes and keep them closed until u snap out of it? Like why stare at it while it comes closer or on top of you or something (from what I’ve heard ppl see) bc u basically know(?) its a sleep paralysis so yk it cant hurt you and it does go away, so why not just keep eyes closed and save yourself from the fear of seeing something?

I used to have it every single night a few years ago where I dreaded to sleep and would pull all-nighters. I have had the sensation of “pain” a couple times after waking up. For example, whatever the creature was in my sleep would choke me and I’d wake up with my neck hurting or it’d restrain me by the wrists and I’d wake up with them hurting or sore 😅 it was awful. It still comes and goes but I really can’t do anything to stop it. I even have it during the day when I take naps sometimes or if I fall asleep too fast and when I wake up from it I try to go back to sleep again and I’ll have it TWICE

I only ever had it happen once and I’d be ok if it never happened again

I had an entity attach itself to me at a cemetery while I was going through a dv situation YEARS AND YEARS ago. I started having sleep paralysis and it was the most terrifying thing that ever happened to me.

I experience them at random times but I do not remember nightmares beforehand. Just waking up and unable to move nor talk. Eventually it subsides all the while my eyes are open.
