John 17:3 explicitly states that there is one true God, and He sent Jesus. Meaning God is above Jesus and Jesus is not God. Therefore the claim that there is a trinity is directly against scripture

Nowhere in the Bible do God, the prophets, the disciples, or the apostles teach or even make it a point of focus that God is three persons, and there is without a doubt nowhere in the Bible that says you must believe God is three persons to be Christian or saved. Jesus is God but the Trinity is false doctrine and trinitarians are modern-day Pharisees. Read Matthew 15 to see what Jesus says about religious leaders who put tradition above His Word.

Not true man added that centuries after Christ was gone. All three are seen but to add a label to it is unnecessary nor do we fully understand the God head and how God goes to each member so I would tread carefully on that topic

Expect that it wasn't introduced u til the 2nd century and wasn't widely accepted until the 4th century after battling modal monarchianism. And to top it all off the Bible is only formulaic in its "use" of the idea of trinity. It is not explicit.

Trinitarian here. I do think there are other positions you can hold and still be a Christian. One example is simply holding that the nature of God is a mystery... The hiddenness of God can only be understood mystically. But once you start affirming things like Oneness theology or the LDS conception of a three being Godhead, you're a heretic 😂
