I just dealt with the same thing & at first it let me in i tried completing some challenges on story mode & after i would complete them & end the chapter it showed a black screen only gave me the option to press back & then it started the chapter over & the challenges i did were gone

I had to close the game completely and relaunch it. Devs know of the looping story glitch should be fixed soon

After you pass it and it restarts close the game reopen it and it’ll let you pass onto the next chapter

Turn the quality off of performance mode and just put it on normal and save it then restart your console and it should fix it mines was doing the same thing and it worked for me

Once you complete the chapter , restart your console by turning it off and turning it back on and it should let you move on .
