I personally prefer whole milk, its what I was always given at home. But I don't mind 2% or 1%. It's the skim milk I cannot do.

Whole milk is the devils milk I swear. I’ve grown up drinking 2% my whole life but my bf and his fam drinks whole. I thought there was something wrong with their food for a year before we realized it was the whole milk.

I grew up drinking 2% milk (my mom hates thick liquid texture so preferred 1% and my dad drank whole milk so they compromised) and then when I moved in with my friend/partner they got whole bc that's what they were used to and I just recently figured out that the increased milk fat is probably causing my heartburn/gallbladder flare-ups 😭😭😭😭 LOLLLLL
