I wouldn't say anything ,but low-key start recording and document incidents for my personal use later. lol *because we already know what they meant. *If he question it, it could cause a issue since the incident has past. *I definitely wouldn't join in. *observe to see if another incident occurs. *I would document time and date. *Remember HR doesn't care about the employees, they are tgere to protect the company, so you move smart than them.
