Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Shortly after midnight on November 22, 2024, Hoboken police responded to the corner of 7th Street and Clinton Street. They received a report about a woman who seemed drunk and had run away from a car crash scene. Sergeant Soto drove his patrol car over and found the driver on 7th Street. She was identified as Olivia Regina. Officers asked her to step out of her car right away. They noticed signs she was under the influence. Later, they learned her 2009 Honda Civic had hit a 2024 Subaru Outback. Officer Ricky Truppner guided Olivia to the sidewalk. He asked her to perform roadside sobriety tests. The first was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. During this, he noticed her eyes did not track smoothly, and nystagmus appeared early and was sustained at the maximum gaze. The second test was the Walk and Turn. Olivia failed to touch heel-to-toe and took too many wrong steps. The last test was the One Leg Stand. She couldn’t lift her foot properly and put it down before finishing the test. Because of the crash, her signs of impairment, and failed tests, Olivia was placed under arrest for DUI. Her car was towed and held for 12 hours under John’s Law. The officers then took her to the Hoboken Police Department for more processing. At the station, Olivia was read the standard statement for drivers. She agreed to give breath samples. Her BAC was tested at 0.18%, over twice the legal limit of 0.08%. After paperwork was done, Olivia was released to a sober adult. The adult signed a form warning about potential legal consequences. Olivia received several tickets. She was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, wrong way on a one-way street, leaving the crash scene, not inspecting her vehicle, and failing to show proof of insurance. 7:00 What the f********ck 7:06 Maybe crying will help... 7:20 Yeah I hate her 7:50 Gotta love those heel to toe tests... 10:52 Her face when he says you’re lucky you didn’t kill somebody says it all 11:16 the 2 big psycho breaths before she starts resisting are hilarious 11:53 I dont know why I misread that jacket so many times.. 19:37 Her cuffs hurt. 21:07 that death stare.
