If you didn't already know, for the past year and a half I have developed the professional reputation as a voice actor with the ability to do an excellent Lady Whistledown soundalike. I have been hired using that soundalike by UK companies... and the most recent accomplishment was being hired to record introductions for a private event, where my Lady Whistledown soundalike introduced the Queen of England. I was able to create a Cameo profile and have been requested over 20 times for my Lady Whistledown soundalike with a perfect 5-star score! I had to pause Cameo for a few months, but opened back up today. The foundation of the Whistledown soundalike is my singing voice and singing and speaking as a younger Julie Andrews first. I never sought after being a known as a Julie Andrews soundalike, but that was the inevitable byproduct of being known as a top level Lady Whistledown soundalike. My goal as a professional actor ans singer is not to be known solely as a person who only sounds like other people. The good thing is soundalikes led to other types of work as a voice actor where I create original characters from the bottom up. I'm extremely proud of the work I've been able to secure with this skill. These skills require practice and attention. I have to occasionally practice singing as Julie Andrews to ensure I am on top of my game. This summer I have been lax, but I'm back into it. I also started focusing on my classical and operatic soprano repertoire. A skill I do not feature on this app. I have been a professional classical singer for twenty years and was a headliner with symphony orchestras and choruses.
