ohh that part about the lady changing into her mom reminds me of my own experiences. so when I was about 5 or 6 I woke up and saw my mom standing in my doorway but there was this bright light shining all around her like the sun was behind her. I got up and ran to give her a hug. there were nails in the back of my door to hang stuff on and instead of hugging my mom I got the nails to my chest and mom disappeared. I ran back to my bed. another time my door was open, I was in bed, and I watched my dad and little brother walk past. I thought weird but whatever. except the only thing past my door was the front door which was old, heavy, and creaks when you open it. it never opened and they never walked back past my door. so i get up and go check my parents and brothers bedrooms. both my dad and brother were in bed asleep. once I was a little older my mom bought me a stereo I would listen to as I was going to sleep. it would change stations and get louder on its own at night sometimes. I got in so much trouble over that because my mom never believed me on any of it. grew up moved around a bit and ultimately bought the house from my mom when my daughter was 11. she would tell me she would see a hand coming out from the room my brother had when we were kids (it was just an extra room at this time). I was given the wooden trash can my grandpa had made for my parent and me and my daughter both heard it close several times when we would be in the livingroom. its not loud but its a very distinct sound. shes grown now and moved out but im still in this house and to this day strange things will happen from time to time. I've had the basement door swing open a few times, fans that were turned off and still all of a sudden start spinning among other just strange things. nothing scary tho. we blame my grandparents or my dad and step dad who have all passed on but whatever is here was here long before they passed. I believe in ghosts

Wow I have been a lucid dreamer since I was very young. And I’m talking like- multiple times a night even. And the last 5 years (I just turned 46) my lucid dreams have turned into lucid nightmares. I have a lot of chronic pain and in my nightmares I often have animals ripping my legs off. It’s Hell not being able to wake up. I’m going to try the bright light thing next time. ❤️

Sleep paralysis-praying and saying Jesus name in my mind then when I am able, out loud. It works. Also before coming to Christ I felt a bad energy in my son’s room which he wouldn’t sleep in by himself and toys would always go off in his room. Since coming to Christ, this has stopped and I no longer feel the energy. Jesus still works wonders
