If you keep serving the demand you SEE instead of creating the demand you WANT… you’re going to keep hitting the same income ceiling in your business. This is one of the sneakiest ways I see women keep themselves stuck in the cash injection cycle. Someone wants something shorter. Someone can’t afford the premium offer. A few people engage with a lower ticket idea. And suddenly you’re like… “Wait, maybe I should create a 4 week offer for them.” “Maybe I need something cheaper.” “Maybe THIS is what my audience wants.” So you go after the low hanging fruit. You create another offer. You make it shorter. You make it cheaper. You sell a few. You get the cash injection. And then 30 days later you’re right back in the same place trying to figure out what the fuck you’re selling next. THIS is the difference between serving the demand you see and intentionally creating the demand you want. Because sometimes the most strategic thing you can do is HOLD OUT. Keep talking about the premium offer. Keep building belief around the deeper transformation. Keep positioning yourself for the client who wants the longer relationship, the bigger result, the higher level of access. Because there are people watching you right now who aren’t even on your radar yet. They haven’t commented. They haven’t DM’d you. They haven’t raised their hand. But they’re getting closer. And some of the people asking you for the smaller, shorter version? They might go buy the cheaper solution somewhere else, realize it didn’t actually solve the problem, and come back six months later ready to buy the thing you wanted to sell them in the FIRST place. This doesn’t mean smaller offers are bad. I LOVE a smaller offer when it has an intentional job inside the ecosystem. But there’s a massive difference between: Creating a lower ticket offer because it strategically feeds your premium ecosystem… and creating one because you’re uncomfortable waiting for premium demand to compound. One builds a business. The other keeps you addicted to CASH INJECTIONS. If your actual goal is high cash, recurring months, your offer suite has to reflect that. Your messaging has to reflect that. Your sales behavior has to reflect that. And sometimes your leadership looks like NOT monetizing every tiny pocket of demand you notice… because you’re too busy building the demand for the business you actually want to own.
