After the Defense spent HOURS painting OTF JAM, FLACKA & VONNIE as liars, prosecutors came back swinging — and they saved NEW FIRE for the end. ⚖️ They went BACK to the DJ AKADEMIKS INTERVIEW and then played a voice clip I had NOT heard before during trial: OTF JAM allegedly telling DURK to tell “CUZ” — which prosecutors argued meant VONNIE — to get him a “HOT CAR” so he could run down RICHIO LAMRON. 😳🚗💨 THAT is the Government’s rebuttal strategy. They’re essentially telling the jury: “You don’t believe Jam? Fine. First… you are doing an EXCELLENT job reporting. The guy with the glasses is obviously bias or doing it on purpose bc he knows ppl react to it for content. SECONDLY… the worst charge is murder for hire.. and there is NOTHING to prove it WITHOUT DOUBT. I think people forget that a jury cannot (should not) convict anyone on any charge if there is even a SLIGHTEST amount of doubt that he didn’t do it. And ESPECIALLY with this specific type of charge/case.. you can’t just say someone paid me and set everything up to get rid of someone and not have ANYTHING like text or audio or ANYTHING that says “kll this person and I got you” or anything similar to that. What govt doing is twisting texts to make it sound like they referring it but I’m sure they can go thru my texts and be able to do that.
