I have the same issue. Find someone who does medical massages and visit a chiropractor sometimes the way we walk throws us out of alignment. My neck pain was actually coming from my hips being out of alignment because one leg compensates for the other.

I’m sorry Kayla. I’m going through similar pain in my neck and lower back. To the point it even hurts to sleep and turn from one position to another. No idea if it’s MS or what?

Sucks, I’m sorry. I also have MS and was having really bad back/neck, basically from the top to the bottom and joint pain…. Multiple appointments and tests later now I also have Ankylosing spondylitis.

I feel for you. I have extreme level 9 to 10 neck pain every single day and that’s exactly the same position that I put it in to try to get any type of relief.. I have a disc on my C5 C6 but the doctors don’t think it’s bad enough to operate, but the pain is so bad that I can barely sit up right for more than five minutes or stand up without my neck pain shooting up to a 10 it’s miserable. I hope they can find out what’s going on with you and you can get some relief. ❤️

Yes! I’ve tried chiropractor and dry needling, anti inflammatory and muscle relaxer meds. 3 Months here I am disabled from the power house I’m used to being. It’s depressing.

Yes. I too suffer from neck pain. Can't hold and look at my phone, sleep or drive long periods..I have lesions at c6 and c7.. inflammation? I dunno. MS is a literal pain in the neck! Hugs ❤️❤️

I have spasticity from the MS that causes some of the issues, but found out this year that most of it was caused by thoracic outlet syndrome. I showed my physical therapist that my hands go ghost white when I raise them. Sometimes my neck hurts so bad and gets so weak that I can't lift my head. Hands were going white due to losing my pulse.
