What do you recommend for these bumps I have them all over my face but this area is more obvious 🥹 I don’t know if it’s closed comedones mills or fungal acne but I don’t think it’s fungal acne beaches it dosnt itch 🥹

Hii I bought the purito centella unscented serum for my skin redness and barrier breakouts. However I feel like it’s breaking me out? It cleared my redness for the 2 days I used it but could I be allergic to centell? I want to use it so badly as the first 2 days I used it for my skin was so bright and less red.
