Eh I like to think that mismatched weapons and characters just represent playable characters picking up old weapons that were braver destroyed and were lost in battle. Like Odette probably purchased or was gifted the sword, Flins found the polearm and upgraded it, the 6 heroes of Natlan’s weapons are tribe relics (iirc)
