I wear a bi-Pap and on oxygen. when I wake up in the morning, my nose is always plugged. I know Afrin is bad for you, but I have to use it. I’ve had my red light therapy since Saturday. Today is Wednesday and my nose is staying open. I use it in the morning and at night. I have to say it works.
