@nurselynn99: It was a busy but good day! Around 50 visits, but still got my uninterrupted lunch. To clarify, I'm not sure why I always say "we", it's just me, I'm the only nurse. I must be referring to me and Jesus, He's always with me❤️✝️#BingoAkıllıKapsül
I am a school nurse and trying to figure out a better way to keep track of the kiddos. how does the sign in work? they sign in and do you keep track of who came in first?

Does your staff also freak out if a kid pukes? Like mine will want me to bring a wheelchair to the bathroom because a kid is in there puking. And my response is always, send them down when they are done. They act like it’s a 911 level emergency. And these are HS age kids.

I have a daily sign in form that I fill in each time a kid signs in (elem.). I’m curious what your sign in process is? Would you be willing to do a video on it?

I do not ever remember visiting the nurses office in high school, I never knew how busy a school nurse could be.

fellow high school nurse ✋🏼 I work with another nurse. About 1800 kids. We have a procedure every half hour through the school day not including daily meds and visits 😵💫😵💫

Two of my third grade students came and told me that they were sick. They then proceeded to tell me that they both think they have polio.
