the way I learned how to fully talk was by seeing a speech teacher during my elementary days..I would be taken out of my regular class..go with this speech teacher to a different room where it was just us ..they would show me flashcards with words on them ..i had to say whatever word was on the card ..I couldn't go back to my regular classroom until I was finish ..I aslo had to restart if I couldn't say a word right..it was frustrating back then but it worked because as a adult I can fully speak
