@rigging25: Rigging Angle Part-3 Those who still cant understand from my previous video about sling angles -may please watch till end for better understanding. ⚠️ Sling Angle Matters in Lifting! The lower the sling angle measured from the horizontal, the higher the tension in each sling leg. For a 1,000 kg load with a symmetrical 2-leg sling: 🔹 90° → 500 kgf/leg 🔹 60° → 577 kgf/leg 🔹 45° → 707 kgf/leg 🔹 30° → 1,000 kgf/leg 👉 Lower angle = higher sling tension = greater risk of overload. Always verify the sling WLL, hardware capacity, sling angle and complete rigging configuration before lifting. #LiftingSafety #RiggingSafety #SlingAngle #CraneSafety #LiftingOperations
