Girl I been watching your videos and you talked me into starting. My starter is still pretty new, but she’s getting really bubbly and rising well. The weird part is she seems to peak and then holds her rise forever instead of noticeably falling she’s still above her starting line almost 20 hours after feeding. Is that normal for a young starter?
