It probably bc they didn't get the gain plus. At the family dollar near me they didn't have the gain plus for some reason.

Worked for me. However, the P&G household coupon was missing and my GAIN PLUS was priced $2 higher than video cost but still satisfied with only spending $30 vs $45. Thank you!
