Can You Win a Moral Argument Against Veganism? I thought this video made an interesting point. He said:
Can You Win a Moral Argument Against Veganism? I thought this video made an interesting point. He said: "You can't win a moral argument against veganism." And I understand where he's coming from. At the end of the day, veganism is rooted in one simple idea: Reducing unnecessary harm to animals. That's why I became vegan over 14 years ago. Now, do I expect everyone to agree with me? No. Everyone has the freedom to make their own choices. But if we're having an honest conversation about morality, I think it's important to acknowledge something... Most of us already believe unnecessary cruelty to animals is wrong. The difference is that society has normalized some animals as food and others as companions. A lot of people would never harm a dog or a cat. Yet they never question eating a pig, a cow, or a chicken. That doesn't make someone a bad person. It simply shows how powerful culture and habit can be. The second point he made was about health. And I agree there too. A well-planned vegan diet can absolutely support good health, just like a well-planned omnivorous diet can. The key phrase is well-planned. No matter how you choose to eat, you still need: 💪 Enough protein 🥦 Plenty of fruits and vegetables 🌾 Fiber 🥜 Healthy fats 🩸 Regular blood work That's what I teach my clients. I'm not here to shame anyone or force anyone to become vegan overnight. If eating more plant-based meals helps you improve your health while reducing your impact on animals, I think that's a positive step. Progress is always better than perfection. 👇 Comment "FLEX" if you'd like my free Fuel & Flex Guide with simple ways to add more plant-based meals into your lifestyle—whether you're vegan or not. 🌱💪
