@posha_lyrics: jonatan leandoer 96 is one of those artists who feels like he exists somewhere between reality and a dream. born in stockholm in 1996, he became known to the world through his music as yung lean, but jonatan leandoer has always seemed like a much bigger and stranger figure than just a rapper. his music has gone through so many different phases that trying to define him by one sound almost feels impossible. from the cold, hazy atmosphere of unknown memory and unknown death to the emotional and almost surreal world of starz and psykos, he has constantly changed while still keeping the same feeling at the center of everything. there is something extremely personal about his music even when the lyrics feel abstract, because he has always been willing to talk about loneliness, depression, fame, relationships, drugs, identity, memories, and the feeling of being disconnected from the world. his music often sounds like it was made for driving through a city at night when everything outside the window feels distant. #yunglean #sadboys #draingang #bladee
