@paolakvasquez: A good system doesn't mean everything alwayss goes according to plan. I literally started this day talking about how I time-block my schedule... and ended it still sitting in the office after 9pm. LOL The IRONY But days like this have taught me that the goal of having systems isn't to create a life where nothing unexpected happens. It is to create enough structure so that when life DOES happen, I can pivot without completely losing my footing. Some days work needs more of me and same days my family does... and sometimes,, I'm the one who needs more of me. I'm leanring that balance doesn't always look like following the schedule perfectly evry single day. Sometime it looks like recognizing what this particular day requires and leaning on your support system when needed and djusting again tomorrow. The shedule didn't survive today..... and that okay.
