@cesare_shapable: Training after work isn’t the problem. Finishing your session hungry with absolutely nothing planned for dinner is. You get home at 7pm, dinner isn’t cooked, nothing has been prepared and suddenly the easiest foods in the kitchen become very difficult to ignore. Then comes the guilt. You tell yourself you’ll eat less tomorrow or train harder to make up for it. That’s where one unplanned evening turns into a cycle. The fix is much simpler. Have protein ready before you need it. Defrost your meat. Keep easy options like eggs or tinned fish available. Know roughly what dinner is going to be before you leave for the gym. And if you’re genuinely hungry before training, have a sensible snack instead of forcing yourself through the session starving. If you do overeat, don’t turn the next workout into punishment. Go straight back to your normal food at the next meal. You can train regularly and still struggle to lose fat if your nutrition becomes chaotic every evening. Sometimes you don’t need more exercise. You need a better plan for the hours around it.
