We’re stuck in Rhodes! No information regarding a flight home just keep being told sorry for the delay and to keep an eye on texts and emails! Was meant to fly back to Manchester last night!

We’re stuck in Rhodes. BA won’t help because we booked thru Love Holidays who also won’t help because the flight is BA’s responsibility. We had to find our own accommodation and in the end managed to book flights with Wizz for tonight. Lots of extra cost and we’re just left to it with my parents in their 80s, autistic son and I’m disabled. BA and Love Holidays are disgraceful. No communication and no help - both just dismissed the situation.

My18 year daughter stuck in Palma with her friend easyJet didn’t even get them hotel last night we had pay they were both crying it’s disgusting easyJet said someone find them hotel etc on phone no one came !!!!!!

I was on the aircraft on the runway for 5 hours at Heathrow 😩 after a 10 hour flight 😵💫 it was hell!

Absolute chaos. I surrounded by so many young families with distressed kids. We've been lucky to be put in a so called hotel but we need to get and wait 8hrs for our transport

I work at Stansted and was sitting having a coffee yesterday then had the call to come in on my day off. I ran as fast as I can home to change and get to work. I arrived to chaos but staff were working so hard and were working for many hours. Out of two years working at the airport it was the worst day. Sorry Rolfe I just hope you make the right decision. We need to be caring for our passengers and airlines. 😪😪😪
