✨Chicken Mughali Handi😋ingredients: * 2 medium onions, finely chopped * 1/3 cup oil * 1 kg boneless chicken thighs * 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste * 1/2 tsp turmeric powder * 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder * 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder * 1/3 tsp garam masala * 1 tsp coriander powder * 1/2tbsp salt (or to taste) * 4 tomatoes (purée) * ½ cup beaten yogurt * 4 tablespoons double cream * 1tbsp tomato paste * Fresh coriander ⸻ Method: 1. Heat oil in a pot or deep pan (handi) and sauté the chopped onions until they turn soft and slightly translucent. 2. Add the chicken and cook until it starts to turn lightly golden. 3. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears. 4. Add all the dry spices and cook for another 1–2 minutes, stirring well so they release their aroma. 5. Pour in the tomato purée and cook until the oil begins to separate from the mixture. 6. Lower the heat and add the beaten yogurt, double cream and tomato paste stirring continuously, then cook for 2–3 minutes. 7. Let it simmer gently until the gravy becomes thick, rich, and creamy. 8.
