It is… bought a house and have my child on my own 24/7. I do all the house work, I do all the yard work, I do as much renovation myself as I can.. the cars… I even do a lot of the work on one of my cars myself. Zero help, no childcare.. it is possible and I do it with grace and pride.

It is something that I am only just starting to try and rewire my brain on thinking and actually telling myself that it is okay to ask for help and getting that help and not beating myself up about it. Having said that I unfortunately know that I’m not the only single mother that doesn’t or didn’t for the longest time have help and support when it comes to friends and family to give it to the kids and I which is what does make it super hard and isolating

I think it's important to also distinguish you cannot do everything; at least not all at once. And that's ok. Even with help, you don't need to carry everything. Just because you didn't do more doesn't mean you didn't do enough.

So so true. Single mum by choice here and my mum is my life blood plus we get a fortnightly clean done at home and without my friends calling and helping me out in all the ways I'd be done for

I love your content and everything and this is really true i'm a single mama 5 I do get tiny bit of Hope from my mom when she's around and her health doesn't really allow her to do too much and the rest is on me to do and the crash out is really hard to deal with when I have to do all my own mind you I left a DV relationship a year and 9 months ago
