heck, my ex and I broke up because he made a "mistake" of using this phrase on me: "but it's your duty as a women to carry my name,child and help me financially. that's how partnership works" lost all my love in just a snap because of that mindset and broke up with him the next day. 🤣😂🤣😂.

There was a time when my relatives asked if I had a boyfriend and I answered I don't like having a boyfriend and what's the use of a boyfriend? and he answered "For PLEASURES" and I was like in my head WTH! and my facial expression of him was disgusted. I said "Ew disgusting I don't even have a plan to get married" and he was against it just to annoy me and he said to me "That's a SIN" and I was shocked by what he said and I asked "how can that be a sin???" and he said "It's on the bible even if the nuns are sin too for that, it said after life they will punish and lift the weights of big balls of the man" and I talk back "I think you read a wrong bible uncle that's so disgusting and If being unmarried woman is a sin I would gladly accept it because I cannot imagine my life being tide up of a man and being miserable and really in this economy?!" I cannot anymore argue because of disgust and they even try to brainwash me and said my beauty will be wasted.

I’m so glad younger women are waking up to this. I’m 46 and didn’t come to this realization until about three years ago. Now I have to live with the consequences of the choices I made in my 20s and 30s. My advice to younger women is to stay single and child free. Protect your peace.

i want to get married for the legal and healthcare benefits. i want to be allowed to make decisions if he can’t. i want to have access to rooms and conversations only immediate family has. i’m going to hyphenate my last name same with my kids and we are gonna be a partnership for life. that’s how i view marriage at least.
