Can somebody explain to me why I sometimes hear black people say someone is bald, does that really happen or are you being facetious? and if so, why/ how? is it from the hairstyle being in too long, and it's causing tension alopecia (not even sure if tension alopecia affects all ethnicities/ hair types) or is it from something else?

I will never forget somebody paid for her kids to get beds she threw them away and when they paid for the girls to get their hair done she took them down saying they being grown. They bought coats cps came and asked were they was and she couldn’t find them. She’s rejected help from everybody
