I used to think living fully meant doing whatever I wanted, fulfilling all my heart’s desires, and simply being a “good person.” Don’t hurt anyone, do more good than bad, and surely—if heaven was real—I had my ticket. 😅 But boy, was I wrong. I always believed there had to be a Creator. But even with that belief, after years of searching, I still found myself empty, dissatisfied, tired, and lacking something I couldn’t quite name: truth. So eventually, I gave this “Jesus” guy a chance. 😂 My own logic trapped me into reading the Bible. If I was actually seeking truth, I couldn’t dismiss the God of the bible without investigating it for myself. I was ready to find out how wrong, brainwashed, and ignorant everyone was. Meanwhile, God was already moving 🤍 He used a friend who made it almost impossible for me to say no—she bought me a Bible. Prime delivery and everything 😂📦 (Thanks Nat 💕). So I got to work. 🤓 And then… about three pages in, I just knew. God is real. He is alive. His Word is truth. Suddenly, the things my believer friends had told me over the years came flooding back. They were right. I can see it now. That certainty didn’t come from me. God gave me an invitation: come and see. Come and see what He has done, what He is doing, and what He will do. And that invitation is for you, too. God’s Word is ALIVE. He is willing and able to change us—to take away our stubborn, stony hearts and give us hearts of flesh that are tender and responsive to Him. (Ezekiel 11:19) 🤍 Needless to say, the girl who used to think it was weird when people talked about Jesus all the time… is now devoting her life to Him. 🙏🏼 God is GOOD.
