Do you feel a constant
Do you feel a constant "lump" in your throat? 🌀 Even when you’re not sick, you feel the need to clear it, or you find yourself swallowing your words in social situations. This isn’t just physical—it’s your throat chakra calling for help. 🎙️ In spirituality, the throat is the gateway for your truth. When you suppress your voice to "please others" or hide your feelings to keep the peace, you create energetic stagnation. The things you leave unsaid don’t disappear—they turn into physical blocks. ✨ Throat Chakra Reset (Reiki Method): 1️⃣ Placement: Place your hands gently over your throat. Feel the warmth. 2️⃣ Release: Take deep, audible “HA” breaths. Visualize the heavy, grey energy leaving your body with every exhale. 3️⃣ Activation: Visualize a clear, flowing "Deep Blue Light" washing over your throat, dissolving all tension. 4️⃣ Affirmation: Silently repeat: "I allow my truth to be heard. My voice is my power." You don't need a "perfect" voice; you just need to be honest with yourself. Feeling that "stuck" sensation lately? Comment "BLUE" below to activate the flow. I’m sending remote Reiki to help you release those energetic blocks. 📥 Do you feel a constant "lump" in your throat? 🌀 Even when you’re not sick, you feel the need to clear it, or you find yourself swallowing your words in social situations.
🫢👇 #bapakpalingjujur #jadibapakjujur #rekomendasifilm #filmindonesia #jonassambodo
